A little help, right here

Your next step.
Made simple.

Pay rent, find a receipt, report a repair, or get back into your account.

For tenants

How do I pay or find a receipt?

Open Stripe billing using the email on your account. View your invoices and available payment options there. Stripe holds the payment records; this website does not ask you to send card details to the office.

I cannot sign in.

Use the email on your lease or Stripe account. Check your inbox and spam folder for the newest code. Never share your code. If your email has changed or no code arrives, contact the office.

How do automatic payments work?

You must authorize recurring payments, not just save a card. Contact the office if you are unsure whether automatic rent payments are active. Read the current payment policy for the October 1, 2026 monthly non-autopay fee and August/September late-fee waiver.

My balance or unit looks wrong.

Ask the office to check your unit and Stripe invoices. Include the unit and invoice number if available. Do not pay a duplicate invoice or send payment-card details by email.

I need a repair.

Sign in to your tenant portal and use the service-request option. Include the unit and a short description. If you cannot sign in, email the office. For immediate danger, call emergency services; do not wait for an online ticket.

For managers and repair vendors

Who owes rent, and what have they paid?

Open JM Operations, select a tenant, then choose a year for payment history. Check the displayed date range and sync time. A loading error does not mean a zero balance.

Which units are vacant?

Use Unit walk and record a physical check. Unchecked means unknown, not vacant. Verify the tenant assignment before changing a unit's status.

What can a repair vendor see?

Use your assigned maintenance access and work only on assigned requests. Ask the office if access is missing. A repair quote is not approval to begin work or charge the facility.

The page is blank or data will not load.

Open the hosted portal link above—not a downloaded file—and reload once. If the problem remains, report the page, time and what you expected. Do not send passwords or login codes. Staff technical support can use the private MCP diagnostics; those checks do not change billing or permissions.
